We're working with a PE-backed company expanding their finance department. They need a Senior Financial Analyst who will oversee the acquisition function with oversight from the Finance Director and CFO. This Senior Financial Analyst role is a newly created position so it's a great time to come in and make an impact!

 

Compensation:

  • $110k with possible flex for the right candidate

Details:

The Finance department is responsible for helping the company grow through acquisition and investment opportunities.

We do this by:

  • Performing modeling, scenario analyses, and valuations for various opportunities across the digital infrastructure landscape to help our clients make informed decisions.
  • Researching different markets and industry trends using public and private data sources.
  • Creating comprehensive presentation materials for senior leaders to drive their informed decisions.
  • Supporting and coordinating cross-functional due diligence efforts with internal diligence teams, corporate functional teams, and external advisors.

 

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, who has at least 3 years of experience working as an analyst. You should be able to effectively influence decision-making during key negotiations and have experience managing and enhancing business processes in a very fast-paced environment.
  • You'll need strong analytical skills and an ability to work both independently and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify quality solutions.
  • You will also have strong written and oral communication skills—you'll need to be able to present ideas and information clearly and effectively.
  • We expect you to be able to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment, so self-motivation is key here!
