• $250k+ with 30%

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight of company operations alongside Division General Managers and Controllers.
• Act as an "Internal Financial Advisor" to SBU executive teams, supporting strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop a robust financial management system for present and future growth.
• Facilitate business planning and collaborate with business unit executives on annual and long-term operating plans.
