Compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of company operations alongside Division General Managers and Controllers.
- Act as an "Internal Financial Advisor" to SBU executive teams, supporting strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop a robust financial management system for present and future growth.
- Facilitate business planning and collaborate with business unit executives on annual and long-term operating plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of finance/accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable.
- MBA/MA Finance/Accounting or other advanced degree is ideal but not required.
