What You’ll Do

• Work closely with assurance managers and partners on client engagements
• Lead and support audit teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Communicate directly with clients to deliver insights and solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and problem-solving
• Serve as a mentor to junior staff while developing your own leadership skills

About You

• CPA licensed or CPA-eligible
• Minimum of 2 years of assurance experience within a public accounting firm
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and client service mindset
