The Opportunity
We are hiring a Director of Sales and Marketing to architect and execute the company’s global DTC strategy. You’ll lead the launch of the e-commerce platform, drive digital customer acquisition, and shape the brand from day one. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, this role blends high-impact performance marketing with long-term brand development—and is ideal for a driven operator ready to grow into a VP-level leader.
With over 30,000 legacy customers waiting for launch, this is a rare chance to define and scale a revenue engine with global reach.
Responsibilities
- Lead global go-to-market strategy and digital revenue execution
- Build and manage the company’s online store (e.g., Shopify or similar)
- Drive customer acquisition through paid social, email, SEO, influencer, and affiliate channels
- Use the founder’s personal brand as a growth lever for storytelling and market engagement
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing and sales team
- Develop pricing, retention, CRM, and channel-specific sales strategies
- Own full-funnel performance metrics—CAC, LTV, traffic, and conversion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support international expansion
- Contribute to IPO/M&A readiness by demonstrating scalable revenue generation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior DTC/e-commerce marketing leader with a CPG background
- Demonstrated ability to scale online sales from scratch
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads, etc.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with hands-on execution capability
- Bonus: Experience in supplements, nutrition, or organic consumer goods
- Strong communicator with investor-facing experience
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced startup environment
