What You’ll Do
🔹 Bridge IT, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless CRM integration and operations.
🔹 Manage and optimize Salesforce to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
🔹 Analyze external market data and integrate it with internal CRM systems for a comprehensive view.
🔹 Provide actionable insights to drive marketing and sales strategies.
🔹 Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
🔹 Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all CRM operations.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
✔️ Proven experience managing CRM tools (Salesforce expertise preferred).
✔️ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
✔️ Excellent collaboration and communication skills – work effectively across departments.
✔️ A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for process optimization.
