Executive Recruiter – Finance & Accounting

Our team is expanding and we are in need of an amazing Executive Recruiter who specializes in recruiting temp and permanent positions in the Finance & Accounting industry.

What you’ll be doing:

·         Identify and source prospective candidates based on the job orders requested by the client.

·         Evaluate candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

·         Coordinate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs.

·         Research into client’s company, competitors and marketplace.

·         Conduct candidate interviews and present detailed profile summaries of short-listed candidates to clients.

·         Network and build long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

·         2+ years’ of experience in public/industry accounting/finance and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience required.

·         Excellent understanding of the recruitment processes.

·         Bachelor’s degree related to Finance, Accounting or Human Resource.
