What You’ll Do
• Source and engage top finance & accounting talent across a range of roles, from early career to executive-level positions
• Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term business goals
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to ensure strong technical and cultural alignment
• Present high-quality candidate profiles and manage the interview process from introduction through offer stage
• Perform ongoing market research to stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, serving as a trusted advisor
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness

About You
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, public accounting, or finance-related roles
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, especially within finance & accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Prior success placing candidates in permanent or contract roles is a plus
