Our team is expanding, and we’re seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter to specialize in placing both temporary and permanent finance & accounting professionals. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, source and evaluate top talent, and build lasting relationships that make an impact on both candidates and companies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing Top Talent: Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for finance & accounting roles, from entry-level to executive positions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and long-term goals to ensure perfect candidate matches.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, presenting only the best to your clients.
  • Market Research: Research clients’ companies, their competitors, and the broader marketplace to stay ahead of trends and spot opportunities.
  • Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner in their hiring and career journeys.
  • Candidate Presentations: Present detailed candidate profiles and match top talent to key roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in public accounting, industry finance, or recruitment, particularly in finance & accounting or permanent placement roles.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to final placement.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relationship-Building: A natural at connecting with people and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in successfully placing candidates in permanent or temporary positions within finance & accounting is a plus.
