Staff Accountant - Join a Rapidly Growing International Organization!

Location: Schaumburg, IL (100% On-Site)

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

We are seeking a talented Staff Accountant to perform a wide range of accounting and financial functions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Schaumburg office, where you'll play a critical role in managing the financial health of our dynamic, international business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and month-end/year-end close
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of weekly cash flow summaries and financial statements
• Help prepare tax returns and manage tax-related documentation
• Maintain the General Ledger and Balance Sheets using QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Assist with cash flow projections, pro formas, and performance projections
• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and occasionally work with the Managing Director
• Perform regular financial reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Travel: 4 all-expense-paid business trips per year, both domestic and international

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting (preferred but not required)
• CPA or working towards CPA (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Highly motivated, quick learner, and self-starter with strong initiative
• Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
• Proficiency in Apple computer systems is a plus
