Accounting Manager

Salary: Up to $140K with discretionary bonus opportunity

Location: On-site (100%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Founding Financial Guru: You will establish and manage the entire accounting and finance process, including A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end and year-end close.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, assist with tax returns, and handle cash flow projections and performance projections.
• Team Builder: As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to hire and manage additional accounting and finance staff.
• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders for strategic planning and forecasting of the business.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Accounting is required; CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in accounting and finance would be ideal.
• Leadership Skills: You should have the ability to make presentations to the CEO, offer strategic advice, and manage others as the business expands.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) are highly preferred.
